What it is
Guided implementation of the NIS 2 duties in one app. One person from your company works through the steps one after another, and every decision is recorded with a name and a date.
What it produces

The walkthrough writes the documents from your company's answers and keeps the lists that go with them. Everything stays in your account, with names and dates, and can be exported at any time.

Documents you approve

  • Incident response plan
  • Information security policy
  • Cryptography policy

  • List of your processes, software, technology and rooms
  • List of your suppliers
  • What is agreed with each supplier on security and incidents

  • What must keep running when IT fails

  • Your management review
  • Your approval of each document, with name and date
Your role
For entities in scope, the management bodies must approve the cybersecurity risk-management measures and oversee their implementation (Article 20(1) NIS 2). In Germany, Section 38(1) BSIG requires management to implement the measures and monitor their implementation. In the walkthrough you approve the results at the end, in the app, signed in with your own account. Nothing is printed or scanned.
Cost
€4,800 net a year plus VAT, by invoice, due in 30 days. The price covers every organization and user in your group of companies.
For comparison
German consultancies publish prices between €2,000 and €6,900 for a NIS 2 gap assessment, one-off and mostly as starting prices. The assessment shows what is missing. The walkthrough then takes you through the implementation, step by step. Sources: the websites of cyberkom, ing-ism, Blackfort, DATAGROUP, and secunet, as of October 2026.
Term and cancellation
Cancel within 30 days of your first order and the invoice is cancelled, and a paid one is refunded. After that the licence renews yearly, we email you 14 days before, and you can cancel until the last day of the licence year (terms, B6 and B7).
What it is not
Not a certification. The result is your company's documented self-assessment, with the history of every change and approval.
Provider
Kardashev Catalyst UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Cologne. The terms apply, with the data processing agreement.
